Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

We currently ship within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your J Cottage Collective purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

How to start a return:

Email us at hello@jcottagecollective.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions from there.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
